I’m not sure that anyone likes dealing with workforce regulations, not even attorneys! On the other hand, we are a nation ruled by laws, and workforce regulations are an important feature distinguishing our predictable legal systems from those of less developed countries.
Staying in compliance with workforce laws can be a real challenge for small business. To help, I added a page to AgWorkforceDevelopment.com/Resources called “Workforce Regulations” that lists many of the posters and other notices that employers are supposed to provide for employees and job applicants. Each regulation contains links to the Pennsylvania and federal websites where you can download the relevant posters/notices and get more information about the laws.
