Download, print and fill out the survey at the link below. Complete the survey for one employee for 2016. You are welcome to complete and return surveys for multiple employees in your farm business.
Farm Employee Compensation Survey
There are two options for getting a report back from me after you have shared at least one complete employee survey with me.
- Benchmark Report. No charge to just add your data to the study. If you provide a complete form for at least one year for one employee for your farm, then you will get a summary benchmark report that compares your compensation to the benchmark group. We can also schedule a phone call to discuss how your compensation package compares to others in the study, answer questions, and discuss your strategy going forward.
- Full Analysis. For $250 I will provide a more comprehensive benchmark report that compares your compensation to the benchmark group and to other, non-farm labor market competitors in your area. We can also schedule a follow up phone call to discuss your results, answer questions, and discuss your strategy going forward.
